Enrolment Agreement

A non refundable deposit is required to secure enrolment. This deposit amount varies depending on the course chosen. Balance is payable four (4) weeks prior to course commencement. This includes remaining amount owing for students that have used our lay-by option.
Approved Payright Finance plans must be activated two (4) weeks prior to course commencement.
Access to HB Academy Online is only granted once course fees have been paid in full OR Payright finance plan has been activated.

HB Academy Online Course Enrolment

1. Course enrolment is complete when the participant has been issued a username and password for online course access/or sent course materials via another method;
2. Course duration is effective from the date elearning access/access to materials is granted; and
3. Course commencement is effective from the date elearning access/access to materials is granted.
4. Course fees are non-transferable to other students.

Course Refunds, Withdrawals & Changes

Tovey Group Pty Ltd complies with Australian Consumer Law in regard to refunds. We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the course that you chose to enrol into.

HB ACADEMY FACE TO FACE

Enrolments can be rescheduled at no extra charge up to 30 days prior to course commencement.
Enrollments rescheduled within 30 days of course commencement will incur a rebooking fee of $1000.
If a student wishes to cancel face to face training once their access to HB Academy Online has been granted they will be partially refunded the difference between online and the face to face course fee. If Payright Finance has been used, refund will also be minus Payright admin fee.
A full refund is permitted if the enrolment is cancelled 30 days prior to the commencement date and if access to resources has not been provided yet.
Face to face course fees are strictly non refundable within 7 days prior to course commencement.
While course fees are non-refundable, students may have extenuating circumstances that prevent them from undertaking their course. This decision of assessing the extenuating circumstances rests with the Managing Director and shall be assessed on a case by case situation.

HB ACADEMY ONLINE

HB Academy Online is strictly non refundable once access has been granted.
